median income in america is just over 30,000 a year not 100,000 as you claim. half of america is in poverty or near it.

People don't generally commit crimes because they are poor.

They are both poor and criminal because they have no ability to delay gratification, stick to a task, sacrifice for a longer end goal, or anything like that.

I think there is strong legal standing for federalizing national guards when the governor refuses to protect the rights of his citizens. You will just have to shoulder all the political blame if it is unpopular, which to half the country or more it would have been. The media would of lynched the man and the spineless cowards on the right wouldn’t of defended him.

For desegregation they added specific language to the insurrection act for enforcing the equal protection clause.

Once you cross that line, they can bring the full force of the federal government down on your ass. Just like they did to Babbit or whatever her name was. They can shoot your ass dead.

Totally agree I just don't like the idea of expanding federal authority outside of protecting federal property or chasing down people who we have evidence that they plan to attack it.

Let's take two wal-mart greeters. They are low-IQ and they aren't even good enough to man the cash registers.

Let's say they make 12.50 per hour.

They can get married, work 40 hours a week, and make 50k per year. They have more than enough to be happy, raise kids, and own a small home, almost everywhere in America.

All you have to do is act right and keep ANY job and a stable marriage. Boom. Done. Mission accomplished. Happiness achieved.
