2/3 of ppl in us jails need to be released. there needs to be proper juries as well, not just guilty pleas when you aint guilty.

Russias numbers are probably about right, if no other reason that that they don't have the resources. I'm sure China's numbers are off, but in order for them to match us in incarceration rate, they'd have to be lying by about 8 million people, which is like the entire state of Virginia, and literally no one is claiming anything close to this.
