I got extended for 10 extra days. Thought it was BS. My BA said they wouldn't bother if they didn't want to keep you, they just want to put a little fear into you.
Now, just after my second anniversary, if I don't make their numbers then they can give me a better dispatch.
Good luck & don't worry about it. Just keep trying to do the best you can. I personally didn't "get it" and become better until about the 6 month point.
