I have been a air driver since Feb 2017.
Since that time i have been used as a cover driver excessively. I have made it a point to managment to make me a cover driver so i can start my profression.

They say no.


Can i file ?
And if i can what will be written on grievence form?

They can use you to cover a regular route. But you might not have enough seniority to win a cover bid.
