Never thought I would understand or admit this. It’s all about the benefits. Not just the pay.
Im always shocked when i hear/see what other people pay for health insurance. When I started, my wife provided the family benefits through her job. When benefits started for me, she canceled hers, which was a $240 every other week raise.
It's amazing how many people there are on preload who are only there so they can cancel their spouse's health insurance because it's so ridiculously costly.Im always shocked when i hear/see what other people pay for health insurance.
That’s the best part when we realize the true value and perks from benefits and hard workIm always shocked when i hear/see what other people pay for health insurance.
My wife had to sit through a benefits meeting. She asked to be excused and they said, "You may find our benefits to be a very good deal." She said, "Unless they are free and included in my paycheck, they will not be cheaper than the benefits that my Teamster husband has."Im always shocked when i hear/see what other people pay for health insurance.
I bet her benefits didn’t compare either in no wayWhen I started, my wife provided the family benefits through her job. When benefits started for me, she canceled hers, which was a $240 every other week raise.
Teamsters has its benefits !!! That should be the title my apologiesMy wife had to sit through a benefits meeting. She asked to be excused and they said, "You may find our benefits to be a very good deal." She said, "Unless they are free and included in my paycheck, they will not be cheaper than the benefits that my Teamster husband has."
She said that 'Teamster' was the magic word and she was escorted out of the meeting and told not to discuss benefits with any other employee.
Honestly, i get a little annoyed with hearing the phrase "you have the Cadillac of health insurance." from medical providersI bet her benefits didn’t compare either in no way
I don't.Honestly, i get a little annoyed with hearing the phrase "you have the Cadillac of health insurance." from medical providers
Me either, brother.I don't.
The amount of part timers I’ve asked why they don’t go full time and say they have another job, UPS is just for the bennies, is ridiculous. It's amazing how many people there are on preload who are only there so they can cancel their spouse's health insurance because it's so ridiculously costly.
It really is a shock for me. I started at UPS when I was 17. Still in high school. I’ve never paid for insurance.Im always shocked when i hear/see what other people pay for health insurance.
I can’t stand when people refer to benefits as “bennies” .The amount of part timers I’ve asked why they don’t go full time and say they have another job, UPS is just for the bennies, is ridiculous.

The first time I had to pay $800+ a month for my wifes crappy insurance after I went on Medicare and lost my Teamster Insurance I wasn't a happy camper. That went on for 4 years until she got on it herself. It really is a shock for me. I started at UPS when I was 17. Still in high school. I’ve never paid for insurance.
