Benefits and Worker's comp

I've been with UPS for about 3 years now. I got an injury last March that's kept me on worker's comp for almost a year now. Liberty Mutual has been dragging out my treatments and been refusing to pay for them. I was informed by my treating doctor that UPS will end my benefits at the 1 year mark even while I'm being treated for my injury. Is there anything I can do about this? I need my health insurance benefits desperately and don't think it's right to be punished for something out of my control.

Yeah. I think your healthcare ends after one year. But your workers comp visits should still be paid by liberty mutual. In some locals the union might cover your healthcare benefits for an additional year I think.
