I love to see that go through a DOT checkpoint.“Tires on order” for 2 weeks now. View attachment 298280
Than you must have moved to Florida
I love to see that go through a DOT checkpoint.
Especially if you get an accident, didn't you pre-trip your vehicle?I would refuse to take it out and smile in their face as they threaten to discipline me. 18.1 says we are WELL with in our rights to refuse to drive that package car.
I’ve driven worse lol didn’t think it was THAT badI would not take that truck on the road. That's ridiculous.
@MyTripisCut has more tread on his head than those tires...I’ve driven worse lol didn’t think it was THAT bad
I’ve done it before. Actually had the steel belt showing that timeI would refuse to take it out and smile in their face as they threaten to discipline me. 18.1 says we are WELL with in our rights to refuse to drive that package car.

I’ll write them up again tomorrow and we will see what happens. The mechanic had told me he was gonna put my old truck back into service so I hadn’t really thought about much until today. I decided to take that picture today.Didn't we just have a drive die because he flipped on the highway. There is little to no tread on both those tires and you let them know weeks ago. There is no excuse for a delivery company to take two week to get tires.
I can understand being understanding for a few days while they ordered them or something but 2 weeks... no.
I bet if they brick load that truck and you come in tomorrow and refuse to drive it. They'll have nin tires on it when you come in Monday.
So what are you doing about it?--Never mind.“Tires on order” for 2 weeks now. View attachment 298280
Stop the first friendly looking Highway Patrol / State Trooper you see and have them write you a fixit ticket. That trick works wonders.“Tires on order” for 2 weeks now. View attachment 298280
Not only do the tires start having a tread but they are also recaps so Lord only knows how old those tires actually areDidn't we just have a drive die because he flipped on the highway. Even the tread bar is worn out...@1BROWNWRENCH how do you feel about these tires? How long should it take to get tires?
