Anyone hear anything about unused sick time payout?

In the 177, the two are the same, (6 days). The 5 personal are taken in a whole.

I'm in 177, 6 sick days and 2 option days. One option day is known as your anniversary option day and the other option day is known as the election day( which most chose to work as it can make you a lot of money.)

We also have a option vacation week that we can take as a vacation , get paid for and work, or elect to use as individual option days.


But sick days and option days are not used the same unless you have a very understanding payroll clerk.

local 177 just remember to Work the day you select election day pay. if you don't you just get 8 hrs pay.

Love using that day. 8 hours pay and double time for all hours worked. I always save it for a day they really friend me
