Are all customer service centers closed

I am trying to locate a Customer Service Center (not a walgreens, CVS or franchise owned) a real Customer Service Center, I have 9 boxes and golf clubs to ship and do not want to take them to those facilities and no one at UPS can help me, they do not understand English and its frustrating. I am in Ocala, Florida so if anyone knows of one please let me know. Thank you

UPS Store is the only option. All counters seem to be closed. I used to use them all for directions in sleeper but now they all say "permanently closed."

Yep, seems like In my district all of the counters show as closed on Google and Apple maps. Buildings still open in 6-8 of them that are close to me. Like @IVE GOTTA PACKAGE 4U said if you can print your labels, give them to a driver or go to the center. The center in Ocala is still open even though the counter may not be.

Process them through an online reseller like PirateShip or Shippo to get the best rate. Take the prepaid packages to The UPS Store for drop off. Customer Centers are closed. Why do you need a "real Customer Service Center"?
