https://www.quora.com/How-much-percentage-of-US-Economy-is-war-based wrong again ricky 3% to 4% of GDP on department of defense, you idiot's are easy to prove your socialist lies are nothing but made up media crap. What else you got for me to google I can do this all day.
is he lying? this is an older article, its worse now:

Military expenditures bleed the federal budget—officially—of $598.49 billion a year, or 53.71 percent of all spending. This does not, however, include veterans’ benefits at $65.32 billion a year or hidden costs in other budgets that see the military and the war profiteers take as much as $1.6 trillion a year out of the pockets of taxpayers. - chris hedges

Wealthy, connected community to guide them.

Helps to not have your family structure systematically destroyed, too.
Could go either way with this. Victimize War on Drugs, War on Poverty, etc. Black folk never had a chance, broken homes....Or could say Asian Community so intrinsically hard wired to succeed, discipline, etc. that we don't give US Govt programs the chance to impede on our lives.

you were gonna get a crap deal either way, unless the citizens were organized.

most people dont know that war is terror. or what tyranny is. or what socialism is. or whether or not they should be unionized. so the results are expected.
Eisenhower warned about the Military Industrial Complex. From the 50's til now, it's probably the one thing I'm Absolutley certain of.

Sadly privatizing the armies doesn’t seem like a great idea. Government is very inefficient at basically everything it undertakes defense included. It just one of those things though.

I’m still genuinely curious about how much Canada fleeces out of your weekly check for “free” healthcare.
ill check out a tax return back when i was making $30 in 2010 and get back to you.

government taxes the poor too much, just like america. and if you earn no money, the healthcare is "free".

More like 5.371% than 53.71%.
Maybe he meant ‘discretionary’ spending.
I know you don’t know.

If you’re genuinely curious you could use google. It says an average family with 2 kids paid $11,500 in 2016. I paid about the same in premiums in 2016, but I still had a $5k deductible and co-pays and paid for prescriptions. Sounds like they get a better deal.

Is that just the direct out of pocket money? Or does it also count the indirect cost from taxes too?

It’s okay if you don’t work Ricky, most socialist don’t, just look at Bernie Sanders.

Bernie Sanders, The Bum Who Wants Your Money | Stock News & Stock Market Analysis - IBD

Don’t forget Ocasio-Cortez, the bartender from Brooklyn or was it some nice middle class neighborhood? It’s hard to keep track of these people’s lies.

With the non sense you spout on here you got a good career ahead of you in left wing politics.

I want to see ricky’s paycheck. I want to see how much he earns and how much they take for the health insurance alone. A real life example. Would be fascinating, I’ve heard it’s terrible from Canadians themselves. Especially the young ones.

Young ones are stupid. They’ll appreciate it when they actually need to use the healthcare system.
