I just was hired and I am told that I need go through seniority as a package handler. Is there any short cut to get passed the 3, 5, 8 years and jump on the ship before I reach 30

There are many myths I have stumbled on my many forks of life and I want to know if what I am hearing by every UPSer is a true or false. Makes sense if that good to be true right?
