Raises don't go into effect until all supplements have passed. We will get back pay for all hours worked since 8/1.

Its money in the bank. I don't care if it takes a year the settle the supplements. The longer it takes the bigger that check with the back pay will be. Wouldn't it be nice to take home like $2500 bucks one week in the future? I think it would be.
