0.70 raise. UPS pay for drivers will be $34.50 HR. $52 on O.T. Tried to tell a fed ex ground driver, who makes $105 a day whether he works 2 hrs or 12 hrs, to join the union and have the same as UPS drivers.
All he could do is complain about how smith and the contractors are taking all the money and leaving him all the work.
Dude, climb up the rung of the ladder to UPS standards instead of forcing UPS drivers to climb down the rung of the ladder to fed ex standards simply because you will work for less.
