See? If the thieves just drove a couple of hours north to Jersey, they could have taken all the packages they wanted, right off the parking lot, no gun needed.

We had a driver years ago come across a gang hit. It involved the hells angels and the outlaws. Driver went in office after calling out ups and found owner of the motorcycle shop next to the open safe. That's how they knew it was a hit there was over$20,000 in cash not touched. Driver kept working rest of the day, even though ups wanted him to take rest of day off.

He is traumatized. We had a guy on a rte in the Avenues territory and a couple gang members stuck him up. They knew he had just pu pkgs from a vendor and only asked for a particular pkg he got from them. He gave them that pkg (at gunpoint) and they left. They didn't harm him or take anything else. He was gone for 2 wks

Had one of our drivers get robbed in a trailer park a couple years ago. He got a couple days off from work and a new route. Some one else has to take the chance in the trailer park every day. Pretty sure they run it in the daylight now though.

Damn hoodlums.....
