You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
That a full sized stallion instead of a donkey?friend* that. We have one feeder position here. No way if I go into feeders would I ever come back.

Here’s how I think it’s written. 22.4 will have super seniority for all NEW RPCD job openings. Are you saying that they are somehow forcing rpcd to bid down to 22.4? I don't believe it.
We've had several guys go feeder, hate it, and come back to package here. They have a three year commit though. The guy who used to own my route went feeder for three years, hated it, and bid back on a super sweet route another guy just retired from.
Thats like having a Clydesdale and not a mini burro. That a full sized stallion instead of a donkey?
There making them sign the list before they get the top rate. They get put into the new payscale and the top rate becomes 30.64$ or something like thatHow are they screwing drivers over that are almost at top rate?
A RPCD cannot lose seniority or have $7 per hour stolen from them just because 22.4 bids have been put up.
They told us if you sign after you get top rate you’re red circled at your current pay and you won’t get any annual raises, but if you’re still in progression your slated into the new progression. Are you saying that they are somehow forcing rpcd to bid down to 22.4? I don't believe it.

Sounds like an 8 year progressionThey told us if you sign after you get top rate you’re red circled at your current pay and you won’t get any annual raises, but if you’re still in progression your slated into the new progression.
1st learn the difference between there they're and their. There making them sign the list before they get the top rate. They get put into the new payscale and the top rate becomes 30.64$ or something like that

Only way to go full time. You lose your spot. Why in the world would any rpcd sign a bid sheet for a 22.4 position?
They’re also making us sign before they tell us if it’s tue-sat or wed-sun and it seems they don’t need to go by seniority for that. Why in the world would any rpcd sign a bid sheet for a 22.4 position?
Autocorrect got me on that and was too lazy to fix it. We had a meeting with management and the union about it last week. This is what they said. If you want to go full time you need to be 22.41st learn the difference between there they're and their.
Management can't make you sign a bid.
I think you are making this up.

RPCD are already FTOnly way to go full time. You lose your spot.
With 25 years in you can be near the top of a rpcd list, or bottom of a feeder list. Working days with a good route and summer vaca, or, feeder nights/cover/etc. with leftover vaca weeks...
Eventually, weekend work is to be performed by 22.4’s. A couple guys in my center have said they plan on bidding to 22.4 because they actually like the weekend work schedule. Why in the world would any rpcd sign a bid sheet for a 22.4 position?
Cover drivers are part timeRPCD are already FT
What do you keep saying lose your spot?
I heard the only way to become a RPCD is to be a 22.4 first. Is this true? I used to be in packages moved to another department. Just wondering if the door was closed on going back into packages.
