Obviously, that requires bills and passage by both houses of Congress.

Mitch blocked the organizing of the Senate. Chuck put up the exact same structure as the last time the Senate was split 50/50. Mitch is the one demonstrating he’s completely unreasonable and will block everything. Mitch has a propaganda system that will tell his voters what he’s doing is good and normal. I can see it’s working on you, as it always does.
