Double plus holiday pay for me.

Edit: Damn, this reminded me how close peak season is, I'm excited for the pay but I'm not ready for it again so soon, 2015 went too quick. It's almost October and I still correct 2014 to 2015 on half the dates I write.

We don't get additional pay for Christmas Eve.

Last year was a real circus. They ran maybe a 3rd of the routes. The dispatches were so spread out and so whacky. And strangely, for some reason the airs were all SPA'd in the load, rather than the 1000 or whatever they're normally set to.

We had dozens of late airs. I personally had close to 30 air stops spread all over creation. I remember at least half of them were late. It was bad everywhere so nobody was in trouble.

I would like to think they wouldn't be crazy enough to have a repeat of that circus.

Double time in the 177 for all hours worked. Also still voluntary. I'll take my holiday pay and a 4 day weekend just like last year

Now that I think about it, it might be triple time...not sure
