I thought that as well, but I do remember reading an acrticle about racism in the workplace for an auto manufacturer too.
I believe the incidents were over two yrs ago and posted posted on here (and in the media) already.

I hate racism. It's wrong and a childish attempt to discredit people for no reason.

The "old news" comment was dur to the 2+ years it takes to deal with "zero tolerance" issues.

It's more about liability issues imo.

No big deal tho. @SoCalUPS , if it's new to you it can be new to others.
ZERO TOLERANCE is only applied to stewards and strong members who stick up for their rights...
And also members whose name is used in telling articles that surface in the media.

In fact, from what I've seen, management is normally not held accountable to zero anything.

Didn't that same type of thing happen at UPS somewhere down south ?
Lexington. Alot worse than this by the court records.
The payout to affected employees was pretty significant.
Some reportedly retired after they got the compensation.
