So classified that after the report, the National Intelligence Council quickly produced a 2 and 1/2 page document acknowledging “that intelligence officials had assessed months ago that Russia had offered bounties, but the White House had yet to authorize a response” ?

- He promised to veto a defense appropriations bill if it removes confederate names from military bases.

Uh, ya, leaking classified intelligence is a threat to our national security. Of course Democrats hate Trump so much they don't care.
In any case:
"Officials said they did not consider the intelligence assessments in 2019 to be particularly urgent, given that Russian meddling in Afghanistan is not a new occurrence. The officials with knowledge of Bolton’s apparent briefing for Trump said it contained no “actionable intelligence,” meaning the intelligence community did not have enough information to form a strategic plan or response."
