Calling in and D days.

So if you call in then you tell your supervisor to use a D day , but he still code it as a called in . What should you do ?

D-Days are for supes, no hourlies use that language. ‘Round here we call em option days or dead days.

Called in is no pay. If you have no sick days or any other days left and you call out. You can’t ask them to use a dead day if you call Out. You either have sick days or you don’t. If you have days you will be coded sick pay. Here the only time you can use a dead day in package is if you show up, and they ask you if you want to go home. Feeders they don’t care. You can ask them to put you in the book tomorrow, not coming in. And you can tell them no pay. They don’t care even if you have sick days.
