Came across a very nosey and rude neighbor of a customer.

I have a customer who gets upset when I ring the bell and knock. He prefers that I do one or the other, not both.
Until you have a signature required and he doesn't answer. Then is pissed because he missed his very important package. We all have those people on our routes. I've been thanked more for being loud than scolded.

Stop, drop, & roll. So many customers come to the door before you drive off anyway 'cause they have MyChoice notifications. The service side of me wants to knock & wait 'til the door is answered/opened then hand a resi customer their stuff. Time killers though, man. The urgency of my route simply does not allow time for it.
