can i be a shipper not have a daily pickup? here lately I have only shipped about 1-2 times per week..can I keep my shipper status and number but stop the daily pickup and drop my packages off at another shippers place?thanks,Keith

Yep. You can change your account from a daily pickup to an occasional shipper. Call the 1-800-PICK UPS and they will take care of it for you. You may pay a little more per package but you will no longer be charged the daily pu fee.
