Are you talking your unpaid meal and paid breaks? If so, yes, you can take them one after the other.
We must take 1 hour of unpaid break.
We can take the full hour at one time, or divide it up into not more than 4 individual segments.
Yes I usually take my my 2 10 minute paid breaks and squeeze my lunch between them. Some days I sit for 1 hr and 20 min other I sit for 21 minutes....
if you get 2 breaks you can code them as 100 to 110 and 111 to 121 for an extra min of pay.
I would not do that. That's asking for trouble. If you sit for 20 min. Code it as such. No sense in trying to steal 1 minute.
If I take a 1 hour lunch I do it like this 13001310, 1310-1410, 1410-1420
If I take a 1 min lunch I do it like this 1300-1310, 1310-1310, 1311-1321
Yes between the 3rd and 6th hour of work.
I take them when I I feel like it after 10:30...
I have thought about doing this and mathematically speaking you might have an argument but
careful with the diad. The company loves technicalities and bends them in their favor.
I do it everyday. I only get a 20 & a 10.
My center manager says you are wrong.
Contract states break must be taken between 1st and 3rd hour and lunch between 3rd and 5th. Take the break 10 minutes before the 3rd hour and start your lunch right at the 3rd hour.
IN YOUR SUPPLEMENT!
You keep forgetting, Dave, the rules change from region to region.
we could take 6 5 min breaks if we wanted to. it's called " house rules "
ask another driver at your hub buddy.
My center manager tells me that we do not get any paid breaks. If we stop for ten minutes, no matter what, we better code it which makes it unpaid. He told me I was crazy to think that we get a ten minute break. Much less two!!
We're able to take our breaks and lunch anytime we want in any combination, for example: 10 min break plus 30 minute lunch or 10 break plus 15 minute break or 30 plus 15 or all 3 in succession.
Separate names with a comma.
