I can see you're actually worried that she might win
Not me ... Itzy asked a question and I figured that she, being female, couldn't do the 6th grade math. :devil3:

If Stacey wins, she can't do anything without the backing of the overwhelming Republican two houses of the Georgia Legislature.
Also, Georgia has a rigid, strongly worded Balanced Budget requirement so she can't get any of her Socialist programs through.

Fox News’ fear-mongering reporting of the migrant caravan traveling through Mexico toward the U.S. has dramatically changed since the midterm elections.

Hardly a mention of this disease infected mob since Tuesday. Reminds me of the Benghazi hearings after the last election. Nobody to scare into voting so it's not news anymore.

No way anyone could have predicted that. I for one am shocked republicans would use a scare tactic to get their base out to the polls.

Well, of course they have to do that now that they've been caught with their hand in the gerrymandering cookie jar. Did you see what happened in Pa? The Pa Supreme Court ruled that the gerrymandered map that existed at the time was unconstitutional and gave the GOP the chance to present a new map. When the new GOP map was nearly a carbon copy of the old map it pissed off the court so they made up one of their own. The result is that the 13-5 GOP congressional majority will now be 9 GOP and 9 Democrats.

Mid terms are basically over and with major fires in CA grabbing the headlines, I hear almost no coverage of the caravan. The last thing was Mexico asking them to stop. However this caravan has nothing to do with the 1,000 daily crossing that are happening now.

Speaking of those major CA fires, the Hollywood Elite will be looking for a lot of cheap labor to clean up the mess and rebuild their spacious homes.

Wisconsin will be next. With a Democratic governor now I expect the extreme gerrymandering to come to an end.

MASS insurance companies used to mix up low insurance towns with high big city rates, some sort of balancing act.
I always found it odd that I should be helping to pay for claims in a city that was 71 miles away.

Ok Debbie Downer.
It's a weird dynamic going on here for decades. White flight to the burbs to avoid 'crime'.

Truth is they're just dodging taxes, even though they drive into the city to work every day. Eventually the financial requirements of a dense population catches up to them, and their municipality starts raising taxes.

Then they move further out, rinse and repeat. Just a bunch of delusional tax dodgers.

I pay higher property taxes out in the burbs than at the place I own in the city. Moved out for better schools and quality of life for the kiddos. Probably move back to the city when the kids leave. I don’t really concern myself with taxes any more than the weather, sometimes it rains, not going to let it ruin my day.

Like the Dims will not do the same thing?
There are a lot of Dim based gerrymandering ... in fact the Repugs did it after the 2010 census by taking 900 state level seats from the Dims.
Now the Dims got 350 back so you can expect a lot of the same old, same old.

Oh no, you must live in the big city like DIDO says. People who don't are just as bad as old folk getting Social Security.

That's crazy, exact opposite here when it comes to taxes.

If Dems are smart, they’ll turn over districting to computers and let demographics do the rest.

I’d have to either move way out in the sticks or to a crappy suburb to avoid taxes. I’d rather pay for a quality education. The wife wanted to put them in private school, but that’s the whole point of living here and paying the taxes, the public schools are great.
