My pension used to allow you to defer taking the healthcare option after you retired if you were on another plan, IE your spouses. You were still allowed to take the dental and vision portion. The rule changes on Jan 1st. If you defer the health insurance you must also defer the vision and dental. Is this one of those enhancements I keep reading about?

I retired in 2012 and as I read it,the enhanced vision and dental apply only for those who retire in 2014. Is that correct?
