This is the last known picture of Toby. He jumped off the bridge in the background an hour later after this picture was snapped.

The guy was legally carrying a shotgun. Someone instigated a struggle for that shotgun. They lost.

There are a lot of people planting their flags and staking their ground without knowing all, of all that can be known currently, of the facts. I'd advise a little less boldness and waiting for more facts, unless you enjoy looking foolish.
