Why did Arbery not call 911?

For the same reason the true criminals in all this were not arrested until and unless a video of the whole thing came out for the public to see?

You really are flying your whiteness flag extra high in this case you know?

Accidental discharge due to a struggle initiated by Arbery. That is a very reasonable argument.

But it will be tough to argue that Arbery was 'accidentally' shot three times.
If the shotgun is a semi-auto, multiple accidental discharges are within the realm of believable.

If it's a pump gun, that is a far more difficult argument.
Been dealing with accidental discharge all my life...

Georgia Code Title 16. Crimes and Offenses § 16-7-21
(a) A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she intentionally damages any property of another without consent of that other person and the damage thereto is $500.00 or less or knowingly and maliciously interferes with the possession or use of the property of another person without consent of that person.

(b) A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she knowingly and without authority:

(1) Enters upon the land or premises of another person or into any part of any vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person for an unlawful purpose;

(2) Enters upon the land or premises of another person or into any part of any vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person after receiving, prior to such entry, notice from the owner, rightful occupant, or, upon proper identification, an authorized representative of the owner or rightful occupant that such entry is forbidden; or

(3) Remains upon the land or premises of another person or within the vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person after receiving notice from the owner, rightful occupant, or, upon proper identification, an authorized representative of the owner or rightful occupant to depart.

Arbery's entrance and looking around an open construction site was definitely legal.
The da’s report specifically says Aubrey was witnessed committing a burglary in the minutes leading up to the shooting and it was on video

Amazing how the story went from him being a jogger, to him now being a curious future architect looking inside a home under construction, and people making excuses for somebody entering property that is not their property.

Not illegal according to Ga law
You don’t seem to even understand the basic idea of private property. If you do not have permission to be on private property it is 100% a crime in any state. Criminal trespass at the least, and in lots of states when you simply enter into a dwelling burglary.

you can not just play around in homes under construction.

but I guess laws don’t apply to this young black future engineer.

at the end of the day none of it matters as he attempted to grab a gun out of somebody’s hand in an open carry state who never pointed or verbally threatened him.

The first element of burglary involves breaking into and entering a structure. The breaking-in can occur in two ways: actual and constructive.

Actual breaking involves physical force: picking a lock or kicking a door in, for example. It could even be a very slight use of force, such as pushing open a door that's been left ajar.

Constructive breaking, on the other hand, involves methods of gaining entry that don't use physical force: blackmail or fraud, for example.
