The alleged murderer is wearing a shirt that could be construed as racist by some. The governor is giving a thumbs up. The original question is why someone would think the alleged murderer is a racist. The picture is an example of why some may believe that.
That's the not the shooter buddy.
I guess all white people look alike to you.

Is a building under construction considered a home?

its property owned by someone but still an irrelevant point. Its all about what happened afterwards . Did the bubba's shoot first or did the black guy get confrontational or defensive when he saw the gun aimed at him. thats the part missing in the video . we do know the bubba's created the confrontation over a non violent crime and that at some point the black guy went at the guy with the gun. that we can see in the video. Who did what in between we dont know.

Call it in let the professionals figure it out

you keep trying to drift back to the white black issue. I think the problem is the vigilante approved law that allows them to confront someone they suspect of a non violent crime.
Pretty amazing how when states change their law to vigilante justice ie castle doctrine or stand your ground, violent crime sees an instant sharp decrease. I know this is true for my state.

Criminal activity has become normalized and current culture always makes excuses for the criminal

“He didn’t have to go to jail, he just stole a t-shirt”

“he was just looking in the car cause the door was open, he didn’t steal anything though”

And imo the best are when somebody breaks into an occupied house and gets shot/killed by the home owner

“he didn’t deserve to get killed”
”the home owner should have just shot him in the leg”.
Bingo.
Arbery should have been in prison for his gun charges, or for theft and violating his probation for gun charges. If he had been locked up, he would be alive.

Statistics show crime is a young man's game. If you lock up criminals through their twenties, crime rates drop. Liberal catch and release BS rehabilitation policies are the reason this guy is dead.

More than a few pages about breaking and entering and burglary.

Isn't the entire argument a moot point if the actual owner of the house under construction does not claim it was a criminals act?

Without the owner "claiming" or "charging" Arbery of anything criminal then what he did at the house is irrelevant?

And Denny's attack was racially motivated as well. That is just what popped in my head. There are other examples it's just that the "news" has other ideas.
Reginald Denny refused to press charges. That's the part I could never understand. Even after "Football head" took a shot at him from 3 feet away (and missed) Denny still didn't press charges.
