Yes!

Georgia Code Title 16. Crimes and Offenses § 16-7-21
(a) A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she intentionally damages any property of another without consent of that other person and the damage thereto is $500.00 or less or knowingly and maliciously interferes with the possession or use of the property of another person without consent of that person.

(b) A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she knowingly and without authority:

(1) Enters upon the land or premises of another person or into any part of any vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person for an unlawful purpose;

(2) Enters upon the land or premises of another person or into any part of any vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person after receiving, prior to such entry, notice from the owner, rightful occupant, or, upon proper identification, an authorized representative of the owner or rightful occupant that such entry is forbidden; or

(3) Remains upon the land or premises of another person or within the vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person after receiving notice from the owner, rightful occupant, or, upon proper identification, an authorized representative of the owner or rightful occupant to depart.

OK ... I'm tired of friend:censored2:king around with you.
Unless you can provide proof I said it was legal to enter uninvited a completed house with a CO ...
... I consider this childish back and forth over.

We are all going to throw a party in one of your vacation homes when you aren't there. We won't take anything so it will be legal.

... excuse the mess.

While he didn't die, I think Reginald Denny would disagree with you. Unarmed. Hunted down. Damn near died. That's a weak sauce argument pic you threw up there. It goes both ways. And I agree that what that Father and Son did was just plain wrong on so many levels.
The alleged murderer is wearing a shirt that could be construed as racist by some. The governor is giving a thumbs up. The original question is why someone would think the alleged murderer is a racist. The picture is an example of why some may believe that.

People wander into new construction all the time. Most don't end up on a hunters trophy wall.
“People break laws all the time”

yes they do. Some go to jail or get killed. Some don’t.

In my state most construction sites have armed guards. Construction site theft has become such a huge problem where I live.

If your curious they usually have model homes to look at, or you can even talk to a contractor and maybe work for free to get an understanding of how things are built.

I dont see what went "wrong" here. Dude "jogged" into someones house, and then "jogged" out of the universe. Id say this was a rather successful arrest. Infact, more should go like this

One of my favorite shows is "This Old House". For years people would respect their job sites; unfortunately, even they have had to install security cameras. Sad.

Criminal activity has become normalized and current culture always makes excuses for the criminal

“He didn’t have to go to jail, he just stole a t-shirt”

“he was just looking in the car cause the door was open, he didn’t steal anything though”

And imo the best are when somebody breaks into an occupied house and gets shot/killed by the home owner

“he didn’t deserve to get killed”
”the home owner should have just shot him in the leg”.

And Denny's attack was racially motivated as well. That is just what popped in my head. There are other examples it's just that the "news" has other ideas.
