that would a great comedy line 50 years ago.
thats the problem every case is looked at by color. This one was decided by color not evidence. in todays world if you're white you're already half guilty.

the local police had investigated this case and had not found evidence to prosecute. they clearly supported the use of these hee haws as local law enforcement. if thats wrong then change the law, change the police leadership but dont give these guys a life without parole sentence.

suddenly a da in atlanta sees a political benifit to pulling this case into atlanta and the rest is history.

here's a broader question . if someday you're attacked by a person of color and have to defend yourself are you comfortable knowing you'll be tried on the evidence and not by your color and the decedents color? I'm not . My color should not have anything to do with the evidence.
