Citizen’s Arrest gone wrong Georgia

IMO, if you pull a gun on someone there is NO ACCIDENTAL DISCHARGE! You intentionally used a lethal weapon.
Next you'll have people arguing, " I pulled my Johnson out but I didn't intend to rape her, I just slipped and fell."
My former brother-in-law twice pulled out his pistol and pointed it to save himself and my sister. Once when a black man attempted to get into their pickup in a supermarket parking lot as they were backing out of a space. The other at the Greyhound station at midnight he was attacked by several blacks and had to fight his way to the passenger door where my sister handed him his pistol. And he was waiting for his best friend's bus to arrive, black guy he had known since junior high two decades ago. The sad thing is if he had pulled the trigger people like you would say he was a murderer just because he's white and they were black. Ironically my sister divorced him because he had an affair. Pulled out his johnson with a black woman.

My wife and I use to enter houses under construction to see how we liked the plan especially if we were planning on moving. We might do that in a couple of years or put an elevator in our current 3 floor house.
Friends of mine were building a new house. Next door neighbor came over to look at it while they were gone and ended up falling into the basement where stairs were supposed to be. Neighbors sued and dammed if they didn’t win. friend’ing legal system! Needless to say they never got along after that.

Actually the jury did as instructed by the judge. He told them they cannot fund him guilty if there was even a sliver of doubt. I think his defense team met that very low bar.
Yeah man.
Turn myself in? Nah..I'm gonna take a ride in a Bronco. Guilty as hell.

It seems justice to the black community in many cases isn't guilty or not guilty. Justice is when you are guilty and get away with s:censored2:t. Whether it's public or not. Hell, the black man ain't wrong if he gets by with some s:censored2:t. That's justice.
Don't you know they were slaves in this country 200 years ago?Take my car and rob my house, hell I owe you.

Justice in America is never about guilty or not guilty. Too many variables can go either way all the way from arrest to a plea, trial, acquittal or guilty verdict.

Count me among the sheep appalled at the lack of basic humanity displayed by the father and son duo. Takes a real man to stand up in the back of a pickup truck and follow another human being through the scope of your rifle and then fire a shot that kills him on contact.

I hope they rot in the same cell for the rest of their lives.
