My former brother-in-law twice pulled out his pistol and pointed it to save himself and my sister. Once when a black man attempted to get into their pickup in a supermarket parking lot as they were backing out of a space. The other at the Greyhound station at midnight he was attacked by several blacks and had to fight his way to the passenger door where my sister handed him his pistol. And he was waiting for his best friend's bus to arrive, black guy he had known since junior high two decades ago. The sad thing is if he had pulled the trigger people like you would say he was a murderer just because he's white and they were black. Ironically my sister divorced him because he had an affair. Pulled out his johnson with a black woman.IMO, if you pull a gun on someone there is NO ACCIDENTAL DISCHARGE! You intentionally used a lethal weapon.
Next you'll have people arguing, " I pulled my Johnson out but I didn't intend to rape her, I just slipped and fell."
