Not that you probably care at this point, but it dawned on me where the disconnect was.
I brought up the lists to point out what I thought was obvious. If a symptom is not on either list, the doctor is not required, or highly encouraged, to report it. And the list of all possible symptoms is likely to be much higher than the number of symptoms on both lists. I felt that went without saying, and made the distinctions between the two lists unimportant, which is why I didn't understand why you took issue with me using different terms to refer to the second list. It was irrelevant.

Yet all those Dems who fled their state and flew without masks (one of their own rules) are infecting people at the white house. They said 6 out of those 10 senators tested positive.
So how can 6 in 10 test positive when it's supposed to be 1 in 10k. When will you stop believing the lies? That's a 60% infection rate among vaccinated.

I'll start out by saying I agree with your premise. It is a small sample size, though, and it's possible, however unlikely, that each of those break through cases does represent 10000 people who wouldn't catch it. But I've also heard that this particular "vaccine" doesn't prevent infection or transmission, simply that it minimizes the severity of the symptoms. If that's true, the 1/10000 statistic is highly unlikely to be true.

The published efficacy rate of the Johnson&Johnson vaccine (the one I got) is between 66.3% and 85% depending upon which study you read. I dont know who the “they” are that you say are claiming 1 in 10,000 but it isn’t J&J or the CDC. I personally know 2 people who got Covid after being vaccinated. But the important thing is that they didn’t get very sick and didn’t require hospitalization. The vaccines are almost 100% effective at preventing death and serious illnesses. Over 90% of all new Covid cases and 99% of the Covid deaths are of unvaccinated people. Vaccine hesitancy is killing people and it isnt the Dems who have spent the last 18 months dismissing Covid as a “liberal hoax.”
