Our CC is closing Oct 31. Young dude who works it will bump into local sort.

We never started charging for holds here, I wonder why.

While working the Customer Counter in Jersey for 7 years I saw the writing on the wall. Push people to UPS stores, limiting opportunities for Full time drivers (at least in our local) to transfer off the road. Slowly reducing the hours they were open thus squeezing customers into limited same day will calls etc. Counter rates were cheaper than UPS stores and customers knew it. Union jobs lost to corporate greed
