How do you get drivers out the door in 5 minutes after start time? Our PCM's last a minimum of 5 minutes, then everyone accounts for their air(10 min). Our A.M. time is at least .25 in the best of cases. Don't tell me by intimidation.LOL.
Guess It depends,where you are. 50 hours,was my worst week.
Tons of hours...volume like i've never seen. But the worst peak is nothing compared to the disasters my building sees during summer peak.
I did about half of my normal stops and pieces. and 8 pickups from another route. Cake day,got paid for 9 hours,probably 5 hours over! lol
Glad you got off easy you deserve it. Operation report means nothing and has always been tweaked upstairs.

My what a difference a year makes. Smooth sailing dec 26 this year.
Every where is different. At my center 99% of the time the cars are wrapped and PCM is under 30 seconds. Almost all are on the road in under 10 minutes.
Best time, I prefer hot weather especially on vacation. You sweat in a different way versus the mix of box dust, leg chafing, and 2 door 60air conditioning
