It's funny, you balked at all the fake Obama BC talk, the coincidence that he had the only recycled SS number in the history of the US; and the dozens of coincidences that led people to believe that he wasn't a natural born citizen, but you're just "so sure" that a Republican is guilty because of "circumstances".

Did Barack Obama Steal His Social Security Number?
Barack Obama did not appropriate the Social Security number of a dead man born in 1890 and use it as his own.
This fantastical tale about President Barack Obama’s having used a Social Security number (SSN) issued to a French immigrant named Jean Paul Ludwig, born in 1890, is easily debunked. As can be verified through the Social Security Death Index (SSDI), a database of death records created from the United States Social Security Administration’s Death Master File Extract, the Social Security Administration was in fact informed of Ludwig’s death, and the Social Security number assigned to him was not, as claimed, the same as that assigned to Barack Obama (042-68-4425), but rather a completely different number (045-26-8722). Ludwig also didn’t pass away until 1981, by which time Barack Obama had long since been assigned a Social Security number of his own:

A newly filed complaint to the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) alleges that the whistleblower whose allegations touched off House Democrats' impeachment inquiry may have violated federal law by indirectly soliciting more than a quarter-million dollars from mostly anonymous sources via a GoFundMe page.
The complaint, which was filed last week, alleged the donations from roughly 6,000 individuals "clearly constitute" gifts to a current intelligence official that may be restricted because of the employee's official position pursuant to 5 CFR 2635.203 and other statutes.
To date, the GoFundMe has raised over $227,000.

The complaint also raised the possibility that some of the donations may have come from prohibited sources, and asked the ICIG to look into whether any "foreign citizen or agent of a foreign government" contributed.
Tully Rinckey PLLC, the law firm representing the individual reporting the allegations, is closely guarding the identity of their client, although it is strongly believed the individual is the holder of a top-secret SCI security clearance and has served in government.
