Hardly pissed away. Corporations spend a lot more on advertising and don't get nearly the bang for their buck that DeSantis got.

This is what some of the linemen are dealing with in getting power restored to some areas here. They must’ve gotten everyone back online in my town because I noticed the fairgrounds they’d been staged at for over two weeks was totally empty when I drove past there this evening. Kudos to them all for taking care of business, and so quickly too. I guess now they can concentrate on rebuilding the system south and east of here. The outpouring of support for them up and down the West coast of Florida has been an amazing thing to behold.
