The sig rel allows you to DR that pkg and any others that you have for the stop.

I believe that's only after the 1st attempt when the customer edits the delivery option via the InfoNotice, in which case the pkg is now a DR with specified location the next day.

I'm currently trying to qualify. I've run into this scenario a few times. I have multiple packages for a resi. One requires a signature. I get the sig and then it won't let me stop complete it. A message pops up (I should have taken a pic of it) that says something like "Signature is on file, must void the signature or remove status from package" How do I do this? I'm wasting time fumbling around. I've asked a few people but haven't really gotten a clear answer.

Either get a Sig for the whole stop or DR the stop , sounds like you trying to still DR when you have a Sig already

Sometimes only one package in a multiple piece stop has the e-sig Dave. Happens all the time, TTKU.

Dave stop being such a know it all.
There are several circumstances where an electronic signature can work for some packages but not others.

For example;
Electronic sig on file for a TV that is sig required.
2 boxes, one a TV and one a bottle of wine.
Driver has to get the signature for the wine (electronic sig does not work in this case)
But when trying to close the stop alert pops up saying electronic sig and real sig can not exist for the same stop.

If the driver in this case can not cancel the electronic sig, he should get the adult sig for only the wine, and close the stop. Then scan the TV, hit dup stop, and use the electronic sig for the TV.

You have to cancel the DR you entered for any pkgs for that stop, then get the sig. DR or signature. You can't do both.

Yes I think that's what I'm doing wrong. But how do I cancel the DR for a pkg?

select the package again,hit DR again a message will come up to cancel the DR ..that's how I do it.
