Some states, your head could get ripped off and roll into the disability administrative office, and they would still deny you disability.

That’s pretty much all of them. Everyone gets denied on at least the first and second attempt.

Depends on if you qualify for an ADA and your seniority if a fulltime position is open that you can win at the time.

If not, you'll go to a PT position until you win a FT position that can accommodate your ADA.

At least that's how it works here.

I knew a driver that had knee replacement and had a handicapped sticker on the car he drove to work but still had to work as a package driver.
