Have a Mall route had 182 stops, didn't leave building till 1030 management called us back to the building @ 20:00 I still spent 1hr and half sheeting 100 EC stops clocked out @ 21:15

Every 20 year veteran driver say every contract they say best contract ever
I was being sarcastic
This contract could have some good things in it but the language was horrible
And the future generations of drivers will be paying for it

Driver has been fired for not following methods.
not all locals have lost touch........in my local if a teamster can go to another union company with that company's benefits and of course she/he will keep her/his retirement....many aging teamsters have done that when their ups job becomes too difficult for a number of reasons.......its a fair manner in which to address a variety of situations.......many also end up in the hubs small sort displacing part-timers who totally understand......ups and teamsters can work together to solve situations if both sides are given half a chance.....its not all doom and gloom or the sky is falling here in the north eastern part of out country....
