For all the griping and complaining, me too, on this board, it is now time to put up or ... Time to vote your conscience. The outcome of this vote is not in doubt but the number of votes FOR and AGAINST is.

Do you know these people? One of them is your CEO. One of them is your CFO. If you are a shareholder-owner of UPS then they are YOUR employees. If you appreciate the job they are doing let them know by voting for them. Otherwise, vote your conscience.

When I read the Proxy I was reminded of a quote from high school literature class
