I was just there and it worked just fine for me. I use Internet Explorer 7.0 as my browser.

Did you happen to update firefox lately? I just tried it and had the same problem, but all you have to do is type www.upsers.com into the log into thing and it goes to the norma screen

It finally started working for me at home. I was trying two different computers and 3 different browsers with the same results. Thanks for the advice!

I have the same problem, I finally got it to open on my laptop, I will have to work on my computer tonight.
