Trump is a crooked business man, not a bad one. The four bankruptcies in the early 90s were business maneuvers, and everyone was doing it. Little old ladies were filing bankruptcy 12 times and shafting consumer creditors, then investing the proceeds in real property.
Wall Street and the elites were no different. Bankruptcy was just as quick a vehicle to get ahead, as was hostile takeovers. Bankruptcy was easier, though.
Laws have changed, and those debts can no longer be discharged, like in the 80s-early 90s.

He's already got 4 years of presidential experience. His policies were great. Tell me why you prefer high inflation and an open border over Trump?
Why would intelligent people care more about Trump's business failures than how things were going for themselves and the country when he was President versus how they're going now?

The fact is nearly everyone who worked with trump does not endorse him anymore. His own Vice President said he does not endorse him. Countless members of his staff. You have multiple Republican politicians resigning, and multiple Republican politicians saying they will vote democrat if trump is the candidate
Trump is a loser. Just like he inherited his money, he inherited a good economy, and left it teetering on collapse.
He’s been married 3 times, bankrupt 6 times, dozens and dozens of felony convictions, a close associate of Jeffery Epstein (who was murdered in a maximum security prison while trump was president, what a coincidence).
He’s extremely disrespectful to our military and insulted prisoners of war.
