since 0% donation and a signature, or even RTS adds to 100% participation for UPS, won't do it.

Hand the Sup a penny as your contribution with zeroes plastered all over the donation form.
Or, make a donatio to UW through Paypal for 10 cents and hand the Sup a copy of the receipt.
Of course , for UW they harp on us giving our fair share.
They should follow their own advice at contract time and give us our fair share!
