Driver “On Call” on call list is this a thing everywhere?

They have to post the schedule on Friday.
If scheduled you show up...no "on call".

If scheduled off and someone under you works...file for thier hours.

If scheduled, show up. If sent home say you want to work. If sent home, get 6 hrs. of pay.

It is all in the contract.

Just ask. The contract holds that both parties treat each other with dignity and respect. If they withhold the the truth, I believe you have a strong case for a grievance. Get your steward involved.
