Driver parking in marked handicapped spot

@vvv would park three blocks down and tuck his mirror in so he could claim he's doing the job in the safest possible manner.
Never ever tuck the mirror even when told to do so on a ride a long. My arm does not go out the driver side of the truck.
The Driver
I drive.
You might be able to add 5 minutes to your day if instead of pulling the mirror in from inside the package car, you could use three points of contact down, walk around the back of the car and then push the mirror in from the street, the walk back around and grab the packages from the cab floor. Then walk back around the back of the car if the stops are on the other side of the street.

The irony.... Poor Guy. No one deserves this for parking in a handicapped space.
