Is the script for an opioid based pain killer ?

Even if it is prescribed.... you could test over the limits in Article 35.

No, it’s not an opioid, and my levels were equivalent to what I’m prescribed. I requested a split cell and it failed to reconfirm. That’s also section 3.17 and 3.18 I think

Did u tell said supervisor about your script? Then you should be about to file a grievance & get back pay (8 hrs) for that day they marked you as “suspended”

And by reconfirm.... you mean the blood test didn't confirm being over the DOT cut-off levels ?

Was threatened with a drug test once by my dispatch sup. Told them go ahead and send me.

Never did.

I was threatened with a drug test by a supervisor that I absolutely didn't get along with just because he felt like being a dick. I said sure why not, I test drugs all the time. He just looked at me with his mouth open and a deer in headlights stare. Never did get tested...
