Better check in with @rod, the original grumpy old man!
I think Moreluck has me beat by a year or two. A while back there was a thread asking how long have you been retired.? I was surprised there were at least a half a dozen on here who have been retired longer than me. I would assume they were older than me too.

The person older than me was tieguy (I think) and he's not here, so the honor is mine(I think)

I'm just guessing by our join date here.....I was May of 2000....him too. I just assumed.......

I joined about May of 2001 but my profile says 2006. Somehow I lost all post credits and time spent for those 1st 5 years when my account was vaporized. I had to signup all over again and start fresh. Tieguy and I used to go around and around---I never despised him though---he had his beliefs about the company and I had mine.

I jumped into the "way-back machine" and was cleaning out my deleted file.....remember this gem of wisdom?????

Election 2016 post # 330

No matter what baloney is said on this board about the 2016 election, one thing is clear. HILLARY CLINTON will be the next president of the United States. Every odds maker in the country has predicted Hillary wins big in November, no matter who the GOP puts up against her. The only difference between GOP candidates and Hillary is the margin of victory.

Its laughable however, how you all cling to FBI indictments, Hillarys health, her age, Bill Clinton and such, as if that's going to sway the election one way or the other.

Just think about the BILLIONS of dollars the GOP is wasting on this election (in total) just to lose. That money would be better spent making this country a better place for starving children.
