Howie Carr in Boston , had a pen cap that she was chewing on tested for DNA . Unfortunately there was not enough material to do the test .
He has for years offered to pay for the test if she would provide a sample .
So far he has not received a reply from her .
The representative of the Cherokee Nation has stated that EW is not and has never been a member of the tribe .
Harvard Univ. has removed her name form their list of minority staff members , they used to be so proud of her Indian status .
She based her Indian heritage on the fact she had high cheekbones .
The only other claims that are known are; one family member was a guard during the Trail of Tears ( Trail of Tears - Native American History - HISTORY.com ) and later one family member shot dead a drunk Indian on a horse .

I agree with Elizabeth Warren.
I messaged my best friend from high school the other day about it. He worked for her for about 15 years and I told him to tell her not to let her ego make her do stupid crap.
Unfortunately he disagrees with me. Or I should say he hopes to be named her Secretary of Defense and therefore would love to see her run.
