If I post here referring to myself in the third person, and then Quote myself using another user name? Would I then be speaking in the 4th person???

What if when I quoted myself I referred to myself in the third person? Would I then be seeking in the 6th person?

TheBrownGuy would like to know.

Thanks, don't respond if you have a serious answer.

ChickenLegs,

The purpose of my participation in this discussion is not to gripe or complain about conditions at UPS, management, the Union or for that matter anything at all about UPS. The sole purpose is to discuss the work-related issue mentioned in the post above with other employees as an initial step in engaging in some concerted activity to address this issue with the company as a group.

It is my hope that by addressing this issue in concert we not only be working for our own mutual aid, protection and improved working conditions, but we will be working for the benefit of any and all coworkers that may have been adversely affected by this issue.

Thanks for bringing up this topic.

I agree and with your assessment and your suggestions for taking personal responsibility while driving in the UPS employee parking lots.

I would like to add a couple of suggestions based upon deficiencies that I have witnessed to be chronic.

I would recommend that speed limit signs be posted in several locations in the parking lots where speed restrictions are not already posted.

Who on the BC works at a location the has speed limit signs in the employee parking lots?

I also would recommend that the PE Department find a way to do a better job maintaining parking lot lighting?

I find that when lighting fails it takes unreasonably long periods for those lights to be repaired?

Thanks ChickenLegs for well done discussion topic.

Sincerely,
I
Private property speed limit signs mean nothing.

Our parking lot has several stop-signs. Most people, including myself, don't stop at them. I do slow down to make sure no one is coming from the other direction. It always kind of irks me when people actually stop, though. It's not like there are any UPS Cops that are gonna pull you over and write you a ticket!

Just another way for a "obey all yard signs " letter or audit failure. Another way to get pulled in office and told you are the worst driver on earth.

Was told yesterday morning a. Driver forgot his lunch cooler so decided to drive his package Car to his personal car to get it. Not a normal move and as involved in a Tier 3 accident. Not good.

mixyo, I strongly urge you to reevaluate your driving habits. Are the 5 seconds you save by failing to stop worth putting your and someone else's life at risk? There are stop signs for a reason. Stop sign violations are very serious whether you slowed to 5MPH or didn't slow at all.

ChickenLegs, - one who posts useless information for the purpose of inciting any sort of reply to gain attention.

Nevertheless, here we are.

That's all I have to say.

Our center parking lot is all gravel and is a free for all when it comes to parking spots. The only light and lined parking spaces are in front of the small customer center. It gets really fun when pre load is leaving trying to navigate through the sea of pc's doing vehicle checks in the same lot.
